Davao International Airport
Oct 21, 2024. Our late-night arrival in Davao, Philippines, sparked excitement, but government regulations necessitated a lengthy two-hour clearance process, delaying UM Tagum College's welcoming us. Despite the hiccup. I didn't expect them to still be waiting for us and welcoming us so warmly. The warm reception reaffirmed Filipinos' renowned hospitality. Faculty and staff graciously transported us to our accommodations. And also they are many hahaha.
But it's not end yet, we still need to travel one hour long from Davao to Tagum City, they also got us talking and singing along while on the bus. But because I was still experiencing jet lag from the previous flight. I decided to just sleep in the car until we got to the M residence, where we would be staying during our time here.
M Residence
M residence where we stayed during our stay in the Philippines is more precisely in tagum city. This place is very comfortable and nice, of course because it's expensive hahaha, it looks more like an apartment than a dorm (UMTC Best!!) not only that they also provide a lot of daily necessities.
