The end of our journey! Philippines, you stole our hearts! See you soon!

 Exit Conference

The time passed too quickly, we felt like we had just arrived in the Philippines, but no, it had been almost a month. Today is the exit conference for us exchange students from UMTC to share their experiences during the exchange program, some remarks and parting words from lecturers, host teachers, and our friends.

I got a very challenging task for me which was to sing in front of the stage, if only I could sing it would be very good but in fact I didn't, I tried hard for it and finally it all paid off here although not melodious at least the audience was entertained and laughed. My best friend fikri today got the assignment to say thank you and goodbye to UMTC (the text is very long hahaha).

The event was also enlivened with songs and dances presented by UMTC students.

Maybe I didn't get a chance to tell you who he is before, but I've mentioned him a lot on this blog. He is Sir Armand James Vallejo, the program head of DTE.He is the one who takes care of us here, takes us here and there, takes us sightseeing, and even always gives us food hahaha.

Thank You Sir James.

Finally Arrived at Jakarta

My journey as an exchange student is an unforgettable experience that will become a beautiful memory. Fikri and I never felt lonely there nor homesick because the Philippines already felt like home to us, maybe because we have quite the same culture or how I don't know. But what is certain is that the Philippines is the best country We have ever visited. Thank you UMTC, thank you Uniska, thank you Philippines.

See You Soon!!
